Fathers Day
[The Rants and Raves of an Everyday Fool] Im glad I made it a point to celebrate Fathers Day with my Dad when I was up in Ontario a week ago. Time with our parents is so precious, especially when great distance separates us from them.
Some slightly related from Technorati and Google.
[Proudtobecanadian.ca] Proud To Be Canadian.ca Forums: Wendy McElroy: "Military Dads ...: "ProudToBeCanadian.ca", as well as the stylized Canadian flag on yellow background, and the JO logo are Trade Marks() of JoelTron Enterprise Corporation
[Conservativegroundswell.com] ConservativeGroundswell.com: All the love and tolerance happens in other liberal-left countries too, like Labour Party-led U.K.—only in this case the culprit is a Labour Party politician rather than a teacher or two (see blog entry below).
[Isteve.com] Steve Sailer-Articles & Blog on Human Biodiversity, Genetics ...: This month, the unpopular scholars have the lead article in the journal Psychology, Public Policy and Law, presenting 60 pages of evidence arguing that genes explain 50 per cent of the IQ differences between races, in which Asians rank higher than whites and whites higher than blacks. (The publisher, the American Psychological Association, invited scientists to rebut the paper in the same issue.)
[Headspacej.tripod.com] Jeremy Hiebert's headspaceJ -- Personal Blog: Angelo and I did some fantastic mountain biking in Ledgeview last night -- a really nasty climb that took us to a lookout with Mt.Baker's glaciers looming above us and a clear view down the valley to the ocean, then some of the sweetest singletrack all the way around the mountain on Mixed Bag, Amy Fisher and others. Some ugly dry skidders, but most of it had perfect berms, jumps and logs.
