[My Likes and Dislikes] Remember this name: Tessa Teachman. She's got a good chance of becoming another Annika Sorenstam some day. Her father is one of my brother-in-law Ray's best friends and he's strictly a recreational golfer, though he's encouraged her since she was little. Tags: Rochester golf LPGA...

[Miva.stargazette.com] 2004 LPGA Corning Classic: Last year, during Classic week, she competed in the men's PGA Colonial in Fort Worth, Texas, but missed the cut. She also faced persistent questioning by a Rochester TV reporter, who said he didn't mean to "berate her" as he tried to get her to answer whether she will play in the Wegmans Rochester LPGA tourney June 19-22. Sorenstam, who asked the reporter if he was from Rochester, deftly handled the inquiry, saying she liked the Rochester course, and the fact that it comes a couple weeks before the U.S Women's Open. She said that made it likely she may play, but she won't make her decision until one or two weeks before the Rochester tourney.
